We are seeking a dynamic, polite, and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be the voice of our bakery, engaging with prospective and existing clients (such as retail customers, cafes, event planners, and corporate clients). You will share details about our fresh baked goods, custom cakes, and catering packages, generate leads, and assist with order placement.
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective customers, corporate clients, event managers, and partner outlets to promote our bakery products and special offerings.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls regarding product inquiries, pricing, store locations, custom cake requirements, and bulk orders.
- Order Processing: Take accurate order details over the phone and coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients post-delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Database Management: Maintain and update daily call records, customer feedback, and potential leads in our database/CRM.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Inform customers about seasonal discounts, festival special hampers, loyalty programs, and new menu launches.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English ,hindi & local languages
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
