Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Babblz Clinic. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs for children with developmental, neurological, and physical challenges. The therapist will work closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed physiotherapy assessments for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the child’s needs and goals
- Work on gross motor development, balance, coordination, strength, and posture
- Provide therapy for conditions such as developmental delays, cerebral palsy, hypotonia, etc.
- Use play-based and functional approaches to engage children in therapy
- Train parents/caregivers on home programs and handling techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for integrated intervention plans
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
- Experience or interest in pediatric physiotherapy
- Good understanding of child development and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,902.93 - ₹36,777.32 per month
