Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, committed, and highly organized Student Mentor Coordinator to join our team at our Edappally office.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and continuously improving our mentoring program for school students. The role involves working closely with mentors, ensuring smooth program execution, monitoring mentor performance, and maintaining high standards of mentoring quality to achieve the best possible outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall structure and functioning of the mentoring program.
- Train, guide, and develop mentors to ensure consistency and quality in mentoring.
- Work closely with mentors to ensure program goals and objectives are effectively implemented.
- Monitor mentoring schedules and ensure all sessions are conducted on time.
- Assess mentor performance and effectiveness through regular reviews and evaluations.
- Evaluate the overall mentorship program through continuous feedback and review processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes based on feedback and performance data.
- Coordinate effectively between mentors and students to support positive learning outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of communication, coordination, and program delivery.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (Master’s degree) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mentoring, training, educational coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate teams.
- Experience in program evaluation, monitoring, and assessment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Age: 25–35 years
