Job Title : Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive-HR & Admin
Department : Human Resources
Salary : Up to INR 3,00,000/ per Annum
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintenance of employee records (personal files, HRMS, attendance)
· Attendance and leave tracking (manual/HRMS).
· Draft and respond to notices, summons, and show-cause communications received from labour authorities in consultation with legal/labour consultants.
· Represent the organization during labour department hearings, joint discussions, conciliations, and inspections.
· Responsible for ensuring that the process is being followed by all the respective departments.
· Coordinate activities between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Monitoring the smooth operations of all departments of the organization.
· Finding out the issues of departments working through interdepartmental coordination.
· Keep watch on project timelines and follow up on deliverables.
· Collect, compile, and analyse data for various reports and projects and do the gap analysis in Project execution process.
· Responsible for the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as when required.
· Prepare and distribute internal communications related to process as on required.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, provide process training as on required.
· Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties as on required.
Minimum Requirement:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS
- Experience in handling compliance is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
