Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati would be added advantage
- Ability to confidently interact with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions.
- Good follow-up and persuasion skills to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good typing speed and accuracy for updating customer and booking records.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline is preferred. Candidates who have completed 12th Standard with relevant work experience in customer service or tele-sales are also welcome to apply.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Logistics, Freight, Courier, E-commerce, or any customer-facing role is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
Language Proficiency: Ability to speak Hindi and English fluently is mandatory. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel), Email, and the ability to learn CRM software.
Personal Attributes: Candidates should possess a customer-first approach, good communication skills, confidence in handling customer conversations, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
