Web Redas is looking for a skilled and result-driven Senior SEO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, and optimizing website performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and header tags
- Improve content structure and internal linking
- Optimize images and URLs
- Implement schema markup
- Perform regular SEO audits
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks
- Manage guest posting and outreach
- Handle directory submissions and local citations
- Strengthen brand authority through mentions
- Monitor backlink performance
Technical SEO
- Optimize website speed and performance
- Monitor Core Web Vitals
- Manage XML sitemap and robots.txt
- Fix crawl errors and indexing issues
- Ensure mobile-friendly design
- Conduct technical SEO audits
Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profile
- Improve local keyword rankings
- Manage citations and business listings
- Monitor reviews and online reputation
Reporting & Analytics
- Track website traffic and keyword rankings
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Experience with WordPress SEO
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- SEO certifications are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
