Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing & Promotions Analyst to manage product pricing, promotional campaigns, and price feed operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate price updates, maintain vendor communications, reconcile marketplace pricing, and investigate invoice discrepancies to support profitable and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Update and maintain regular price feeds and promotional pricing across multiple marketplaces.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain updated price feeds, promotional offers, and pricing changes.

Monitor and reconcile system-generated price updates to ensure accurate pricing is reflected on marketplaces.

Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies between internal systems, vendor price files, and marketplace listings.

Analyze invoice value discrepancies and identify root causes related to pricing, promotions, freight, discounts, or system errors.

Validate pricing data before deployment and ensure compliance with marketplace requirements.

Track missing, delayed, or inaccurate vendor price feeds and proactively follow up for resolution.

Generate reports on pricing performance, discrepancies, and update status.

Work closely with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and Marketplace teams to resolve pricing-related issues.

Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing and promotions.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years of experience in pricing operations, marketplace management, eCommerce operations, or data analysis.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).

Experience working with pricing feeds, promotional updates, and large datasets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other eCommerce marketplaces.

Knowledge of ERP systems, pricing tools, and inventory management platforms.

Familiarity with SQL, Google Apps Script, or process automation tools is a plus.
