We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle documentation and data management tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain office records
- Update and manage Excel sheets and databases
- Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Draft and respond to emails and client communications
- Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational activities
- Manage scanning, printing, and document preparation tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized office records
- Assist with general administrative and back-office activities
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati
- Ability to manage office documentation efficiently
