Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Gas MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CAD drafting, engineering drawings, and MEP systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
∙Prepare detailed engineering drawings in AutoCAD based on design data, nozzle schedules, and project requirements.
∙Develop and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for Gas MEP projects.
∙Prepare the following engineering drawings: ∙Fabrication drawings for pressure vessels. ∙P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
∙Plant/Layout drawings. ∙Site layout drawings.
∙Piping and installation drawings. ∙Isometric drawings.
∙Structural/Skid drawings. ∙Electrical drawings. ∙Civil drawings.
∙GA (General Arrangement) and detailed manufacturing drawings.
∙Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project drawings.
∙Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings.
∙Coordinate with design engineers, project engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
∙Update drawings based on client comments, design revisions, and site modifications. ∙Maintain drawing revisions and documentation as per project requirements.
∙Ensure all drawings comply with applicable engineering standards, codes, and company procedures.
Requirements
∙ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline. ∙2–5 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in Gas MEP, Oil & Gas, Process Plants, or Industrial Projects.
∙Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D will be an added advantage).
∙Good understanding of engineering drawings, nozzle schedules, P&IDs, piping layouts, pressure vessel fabrication drawings, and installation drawings.
∙Experience in preparing BOMs and detailed fabrication drawings.
∙Knowledge of Gas MEP systems, piping, structural, electrical, and civil drawings. ∙Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
∙Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills
∙Experience in Gas Pipeline, LPG, CNG, PNG, or Industrial Gas projects.
∙Familiarity with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations. ∙Strong attention to detail and document control practices.
Pay: ₹10,016.53 - ₹37,979.49 per month
