Experience Required: 12–15 Years (preferably in chemical or manufacturing industries)
Qualification: MBA-HR / MSW / MLW / PGDHRM or equivalent
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing (Factory Operations)
Role Overview:
The AGM – Admin / HR & IR will lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Administrative functions at the factory level. This role is pivotal in ensuring statutory compliance, fostering harmonious labor relations, and maintaining operational efficiency across plant infrastructure and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Human Resources Management – Oversee recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle management; drive performance management, training, and employee engagement; manage payroll and HRIS systems.
✔ Industrial Relations (IR) – Maintain healthy labor relations, lead collective bargaining and wage negotiations, address grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws, and liaise with government authorities.
✔ Administration & Facility Management – Supervise plant-level administration including security, transport, housekeeping, canteen, and accommodation; manage vendor contracts and infrastructure upkeep.
✔ Compliance & Documentation – Maintain statutory registers, monitor contractor compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, GST, MLWF), prepare MIS reports, and ensure ISO documentation and audit readiness.
✔ Training & Development – Identify skill gaps, coordinate technical and behavioral training, and track effectiveness.
✔ Employee Engagement & Communication – Plan welfare programs, ensure transparent communication between employees and management, and foster a culture of respect and productivity.
