We are looking for a proactive Compliance & Administration professional to oversee end-to-end social/technical audits, regulatory compliance, and daily facility operations. This role bridges factory compliance with day-to-day workplace management.
Key Responsibilities1. Compliance & Audits
- Audit Management: End-to-end preparation, execution, and post-audit CAP (Corrective Action Plan) implementation for SA8000, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), BSCI, SEDEX, and European client audits.
- Documentation & SOPs: Maintain audit readiness, update compliance SOPs, and keep records aligned with legal and international standards.
- Training & Improvement: Conduct workforce training on labor laws, safety, and ethics; track regulatory changes and recommend process improvements.
- Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, certification bodies, and client representatives.
2. Office & Factory Administration
- Operations & Discipline: Oversee daily administrative workflows, conduct routine factory floor rounds, and enforce safety and policy compliance.
- Vendor & AMC Management: Supervise external vendors (Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance) and manage AMCs for IT, Fire Safety, HVAC, and facilities.
- Facility & Inventory: Manage hygiene standards, infrastructure, seating arrangements, equipment upkeep, and asset inventory tracking.
- MIS & Cost Tracking: Maintain daily administrative expense reports and monitor resource utilization.
- Employee Services: Coordinate internal events and manage employee Group Health Insurance onboarding and renewals.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 5–6 years of compliance/admin experience in garment/textile production or manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of international compliance frameworks (SA8000, ISO, BSCI); proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational ability.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
