We are seeking a motivated Diploma Trainee to join our Production and Assembly Department. The trainee will support day-to-day manufacturing operations, assist in assembly processes, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in the production of building materials. This role provides hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and assembly operations for building material products.
- Support machine operators and supervisors in manufacturing processes.
- Perform basic assembly, fitting, and component installation as per technical drawings or instructions.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality standards and output targets are met.
- Conduct basic inspections and quality checks of finished and semi-finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area as per safety guidelines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety policies.
- Report equipment issues, defects, or deviations to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory handling and material movement within the production area.
- Participate in continuous improvement and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Freshers or 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices
- Ability to read basic technical drawings (preferred)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a shop-floor environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
