About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our day-to-day Human Resources, Recruitment, and Property Management operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating multiple activities, and building strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.
As an intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, office administration, property coordination, vendor management, and employee operations while working closely with the HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding documentation for new hires.
Property Management & Administration
- Assist in identifying and coordinating commercial property requirements based on business needs.
- Maintain property databases, lease records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule property visits and maintain visit records.
- Support documentation related to lease agreements and property files.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and facility requirements.
- Track office assets and inventory.
- Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and clients whenever required.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities.
- Update attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel locally for property visits when required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Interest in HR Operations and Property Management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms is an advantage.
