About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable batches. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales & counselling, and the ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance to parents and students.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospective student leads to drive enrollments.
Tele-calling enquiries for filtration and admission.
Maintain clean records including CRM and submit regular reports.
Counsel students/parents regarding various batches of Zephyr.
Provide accurate information on our various online & offline batches.
Coordinate with internal teams/department
Handle student queries via admission desk (walk in), calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
Minimum 1 year experience in admission counselling
Excellent communication, strong convincing and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
Good with MS Excel, computer knowledge and Google sheets (mandatory)
Knowledge of entrance coaching is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
