We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across Enterprise and Private sector accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solution sales, enterprise mobility, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.

Drive sales revenue and achieve quarterly and annual targets for UEM/MDM solutions.

Identify, qualify, and develop new enterprise and private sector customers.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, requirement gathering, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized UEM/MDM solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.

Develop strategic account plans and territory growth strategies.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in endpoint management and enterprise mobility.

Work closely with OEMs/partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
