Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of solar plants.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and associated equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain logs for generation, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper Labor management, housekeeping and safety compliance at site.
- Support shutdown and emergency maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers and external vendors when required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in solar O&M / electrical maintenance.
- Basic understanding of solar systems, inverters, and electrical panels.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
