JUNIOR SALES MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION
Department: Sales
Location: Popular Hyundai – Kozhikode / Kunnamangalam
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and retail targets through effective team management.
- Lead, motivate and monitor Sales Consultants.
- Track leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
- Improve enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion.
- Support the team in customer handling, negotiation and closing.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Insurance, Exchange and Service teams.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct product, sales and performance coaching for the team.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and proper CRM process compliance.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of automobile sales experience preferred.
- Team Leader / Senior Sales Consultant experience will be an advantage.
