Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence
- Research industry trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions/services
- Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations with clients
Sales & Lead Management
- Generate and manage leads through networking, references, and outreach
- Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets Event & Brand Collaborations
- Explore sponsorship and brand collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate with brands, agencies, and partners for event tie-ups
- Assist in closing commercial deals and partnership agreements
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and execution teams
Market Research & Reporting
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and client feedback summaries
- Analyse business performance and suggest growth improvements
- Maintain records of meetings, proposals, and ongoing discussions
Post-Deal Coordination
- Ensure proper handover of projects to operations/execution teams
- Follow up on payments, contracts, and deliverables
- Maintain long-term client engagement for repeat business opportunities
- Support in documenting successful collaborations and case studies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
