About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead overall operational performance, improve productivity, streamline systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution and team leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational strategies to achieve company profitability targets
- Ensure smooth production and on-time delivery performance
- Monitor and improve overall operational efficiency and process systems
- Analyse Profit & Loss reports and take corrective actions for business improvement
- Coordinate with Sales and other departments to meet customer expectations
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained
- Lead KPI implementation, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives
- Handle operational audits, stock audits, and corrective action follow-ups
- Strengthen internal systems and continuous improvement practices
- Build a productive, safe, and performance-driven work culture
- Submit MIS reports and monthly KPI reports within timelines

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Textile, or related field
- Experience in Operations / Production / Manufacturing Management
- Strong leadership and decision-making capability
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production, preferably in grey fabric manufacturing units.
- Experience in Grey fabric Division / Weaving Division is preferred.

- Salary : Annual CTC - 7 Lakhs
