Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a telesales role and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make inbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide product information and handle customer objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with CRM software.
- Any UG degree preferred .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
