- Set up and operate CNC machines (Milling, Turning, or VMC/CNC Lathe).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and tools into CNC machines.
- Perform tool offsets and make minor program adjustments as required.
- Measure finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow all company safety policies and 5S workplace standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
