Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Conversion Officer with experience in the overseas education industry. The candidate should have knowledge of the complete study abroad application process — from application to enrolment — for destinations including the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and partner queries efficiently.
- Convert university offers into successful enrolments.
- Guide partners and students regarding applications, offers, and next steps.
- Manage the complete application process from application till enrolment.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain daily reports, trackers, and application records.
- Support visa documentation and process guidance for UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
- Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and responses to queries.
- Stay updated with admission requirements and visa policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education or admissions.
- Good understanding of study abroad applications and enrolment processes.
- Knowledge of study visa requirements for major destinations.
- Experience in partner handling, counselling support, and lead conversion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
