Job Summary
A Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and increasing company revenue. The role involves market research, client acquisition, and promoting the company's products or services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve company sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management).
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

- Experience in B2B sales
- Industry knowledge (Electrical, Industrial products, etc.)
- Field sales experience
