Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounting Intern to support our finance and accounting operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to accounting processes, financial record management, bookkeeping, and reporting. It is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates looking to build a career in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
- Support day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Help process invoices, expenses, and payment records.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records.
- Support other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
Educational Qualification
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or related Commerce/Finance background.
- Final-year students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
