Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Associate to join the GrowBot team. Your primary goal will be to engage with parents, explain the value of our Robotics and AI programs, and drive enrollment for our free demo sessions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce GrowBot’s curriculum.
- Demo Scheduling: Effectively communicate the benefits of our "Creator" and "Explorer" tracks to schedule free demo sessions.
- Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-up with interested parents to assist with the enrollment process.
- Data Management: Keep an accurate record of all calls and customer feedback in our database.
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- A positive attitude with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of or interest in STEM/Robotics education.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or educational sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
