We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in auto parts production facility.
Qualifications : Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering,
Experience : 2-5 year
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production schedules are met in accordance with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Manage and guide machine operators, technicians, and production workers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, including inspection and testing procedures.
- Maintain adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
