We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate to join our team at Molekules Design Studio in Kakkanad, Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading residential property sales, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage potential buyers through various channels, converting leads into successful property sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct site visits, present residential projects convincingly, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales Strategy & Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Kochi region.
- End-to-End Deal Closure: Guide clients through the entire buying process, including property selection, price negotiation, documentation, and final closure.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role specifically within the Residential Real Estate sector.
- Core Skills: Strong expertise in sales management, customer service, business development, and leadership.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market in Kochi/Kerala is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
