We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Production Planning Engineer to manage end-to-end production planning and coordination for automotive plastic components. The candidate will be responsible
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer schedules and forecasts.Ensure on-time production and dispatch to meet customer delivery commitments.Monitor production progress and take proactive actions to eliminate bottlenecks.Optimize machine loading and manufacturing capacity utilization.
Customer CoordinationCoordinate directly with OEM and Tier-1 customer planning teams.Respond proactively to customer requirements, schedule changes, and urgent delivery requests.Ensure customer schedules are achieved with zero line stoppages.Provide regular updates on production status and delivery commitments.Raw Material PlanningPlan raw material requirements based on production schedules.Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments to maintain optimum inventory levels.Monitor material shortages and initiate corrective actions well in advance.Ensure uninterrupted production through effective material planning.Manpower PlanningOptimize manpower allocation based on production priorities.Coordinate with Production Managers to ensure maximum productivity.Balance workloads across shifts and departments.Improve labor utilization while maintaining quality and delivery performance.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
