Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple languages and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse clients across regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
- Present company services effectively to potential clients.
- Handle client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and markets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Language Requirements (Preferred)
- Arabic, Malayalam, Hindi, English
- Kannada, Tamil, English, Hindi
Good to Have
- Experience in international client handling.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Experience in IT or digital services industry.
