The Gardener is responsible for maintaining and improving the gardens, lawns, plants, and outdoor areas of the facility. The role includes planting, watering, pruning, cleaning, and ensuring the surroundings remain neat, healthy, and visually attractive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water plants, lawns, and garden areas regularly.
- Plant flowers, trees, shrubs, and seasonal plants.
- Trim and prune plants, hedges, and trees.
- Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as required.
- Maintain garden tools and equipment properly.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and attractive.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues.
- Assist in landscaping and beautification activities.
- Ensure safety while handling gardening equipment and chemicals.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of gardening and plant maintenance.
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Hardworking and responsible attitude.
- Previous gardening experience preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
