Job Overview
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our growing technology solutions team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Relationship Management, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity Solutions, Data Analysis, and Business Operations.
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, account management, CRM operations, and IT solution sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify business leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions
- Conduct product presentations and sales discussions
- Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Support business operations, reporting, and data management activities
- Achieve individual and team performance goals
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) is preferred
- Understanding of Cybersecurity, Networking, or IT Infrastructure solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or related field
- MBA, BCA, MCA, or equivalent qualifications are welcome
