Job Responsibilities:
- Customer handling and job card preparation
- Explaining service requirements and estimation to customers
- Warranty claim processing & documentation
- Coordinating with mechanics and service team
- Monitoring vehicle progress & ensuring timely delivery
- Preparing invoices and updating customer records
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and feedback follow-ups
Skills Required:
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles ,Spare & warranty processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Computer knowledge added advantage
