Om Tech is looking for a creative and results-driven Growth & Marketing Strategist to help grow Bidaly, our AI-powered tender discovery and bid management platform that helps businesses discover tenders, analyze requirements, manage bids, and streamline the bidding process.
Role: Growth & Marketing Strategist
Compensation: ₹6,000–₹10,000/month Base + Commission on Performance
Location: Remote / Flexible
Job Type: Part-time / Freelance
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Bidaly.
- Identify target industries, businesses, and customer segments.
- Generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, email, and other channels.
- Build partnerships and explore new growth opportunities.
- Track marketing performance and improve campaigns based on results.
Who we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and growth strategies.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B, technology, procurement, or tenders is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation & Growth:
The role offers a ₹6,000–₹10,000 monthly base amount plus performance-based commission. Your overall earning potential will increase based on the business growth, leads, and customers you help generate.
