Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions across the hotel organization, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role works closely with department heads to support workforce planning, build a positive and inclusive work culture, drive employee satisfaction and retention, and ensure HR practices align with the company's goals of delivering exceptional employee experiences and continuous growth opportunities. Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with relevant HR experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
