We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Horeca sector, promoting our products, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Horeca market, and a passion for sales.
- Identify and target new Horeca clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers) to expand the customer base and achieve sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable product solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the Horeca industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
