Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall HR operations and strategic workforce planning for the organization
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, Factory Act regulations, statutory requirements, and industrial relations matters
- Handle compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, contract labour, audits, and government inspections
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and succession planning
- Maintain healthy industrial relations and handle employee grievance management effectively
- Coordinate with factory management for manpower utilization and productivity improvement
- Drive organizational development and HR process improvement initiatives
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth HR functioning across plant operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in Manufacturing / Factory environment
- Strong hands-on experience in Factory Act compliance and labour law management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proven track record in strategic HR planning and organizational development
- Ability to handle audits, legal compliances, and industrial relations independently
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
