What we want:
We're looking for dynamic professionals with 2+ years of experience in Ad Networks, DSP/SSP, Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, or Account Management who have hands-on experience managing online advertising campaigns. A strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CPI, RevShare, and other performance marketing models, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, is essential. Exposure to international clients and an existing industry network will be a strong advantage.

What you will do:
•Manage and grow advertiser accounts.
•Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns.
•Build relationships with advertisers, publishers, DSPs, SSPs, and strategic partners.
•Identify and convert new business opportunities.
•Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
•Negotiate and manage CPM, CPC, CPA, and RevShare opportunities.
•Work closely with Tech, CRM, Accounting, and Marketing teams.
•Represent FlamyAds at industry events and conferences.
•Experience in DSPs, ad networks, affiliate/performance marketing, media buying, sales, or account management is a strong advantage
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
•Analytical, proactive, and growth-focused mindsetAbility to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
