Job Description
The role is accountable for executing strategies to create pipeline, drive conversion, and enable sales success. Requires international selling experience, strong communication skills, and exposure to B2B marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Cold Calling
- Lead Generation
- Identify qualified leads via networking, internet research, and outreach
- Engage decision makers, explain services & benefits
- Build pipeline of new customers/projects for senior sales team
- Maintain professional client relationships and networks
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of international B2B sales experience (Accounting & Finance outsourcing preferred)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, attention to detail
- Action‑oriented, independent, flexible

Job Location, Work Timings & Work Model
- Location: Mumbai Goregaon East
- Shift: US Shift (5 PM – 11 PM, Saturdays Off)
- Work Model: Full‑time, In‑office
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
