Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management & Assurance
Drive the continuous improvement of site quality in alignment with corporate standards
Ensure product and process quality while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
Auditing, Compliance & Data Integrity
Support and contribute to internal and external audits
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality data and reporting
Manage the release of serial production processes and products
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Lead the resolution of quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Foster a strong quality culture and mindset across the organization
Lead, coach, and develop team members in line with company values and management principles
Requirements:
University/ Engineering Degree.
Good knowledge of quality tools and knowledge in the field of auditing is an asset.
3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (3 years in the field of quality)
Proven experience in personnel management.
Perfect command of English or German.
