Job Purpose
The Admission Officer is responsible for driving student admissions by managing inquiries, counseling prospective parents, conducting school tours, and ensuring successful enrollment conversions while delivering an exceptional parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Counseling
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, website leads, and referral leads.
- Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and presentation sessions for prospective parents.
- Follow up regularly with leads to maximize admissions conversion.
2. Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM/system.
- Track admission funnel metrics and conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admissions reports.
3. Parent Relationship Management
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Address parent queries related to admissions, documentation, and enrollment.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
4. Admission Process Management
- Collect and verify admission documents.
- Assist parents with application forms and admission formalities.
- Coordinate fee collection and enrollment procedures.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and admission guidelines.
5. Marketing & Outreach
- Participate in admission drives, school events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead-generation initiatives.
- Support local outreach programs and community engagement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Admissions, Counseling, Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Service Industry.
- Experience in the education sector/schools is preferred.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
