Position: Senior Software Engineer – ServiceNow (GenAI/LLM)
Location: Bangalore
Shift: 11 AM – 9 PM
Experience: 4–7 Years (Min. 5 years relevant)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong ServiceNow expertise and exposure to Generative AI / LLM-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating intelligent workflows within the ServiceNow platform using modern AI frameworks and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform Integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows and modules Work with APIs from platforms like OpenAI and Google Vertex AI
- Build and optimize AI-driven automation using frameworks like LangChain and Semantic Kernel
- Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations
- Work with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development
- ITSM / CMDB / Workflows / Script Includes / Business Rules
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
Experience with:
- LangChain / Semantic Kernel
- OpenAI / Vertex AI APIs
- Strong programming skills (JavaScript mandatory for ServiceNow)
- API development & integration experience
- Understanding of cloud-based architectures
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI-driven automation in enterprise tools
- Python for AI/ML integrations
- Experience in chatbot / virtual agent implementations
Education
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
