Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Tele Caller Intern to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/customers, explaining the company’s courses and services, handling inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining proper follow-up records. The intern will work closely with the marketing and admissions team to support business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers
- Provide accurate information regarding courses, services, and programs
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up calls professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and lead records
- Support the marketing/admission team in achieving targets
- Build and maintain good communication with clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Any Degree / Plus Two

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
