# Job Description – Hairstylist
**Position:** Hairstylist
### Qualification
* Minimum **12th Pass**.
* Certification or diploma in Hair Styling, Hair Dressing, Cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institute is preferred.
### Experience
* Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** as a Hairstylist in a luxury hotel, salon, spa, or premium hospitality environment.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional hair services, including haircuts, styling, blow-drying, hair treatments, coloring, and basic chemical services, in accordance with brand standards.
* Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and hair care products.
* Ensure a personalized and exceptional guest experience by delivering high-quality services with professionalism and care.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards.
* Keep up to date with the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products through regular training.
* Promote salon services, retail hair care products, and treatment packages to enhance guest satisfaction and contribute to revenue targets.
* Maintain guest records, appointment schedules, and service history while ensuring confidentiality.
* Coordinate effectively with the salon, spa, and hotel teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
* Follow all grooming, hygiene, and operational standards as per the organization's policies.
