Job Description – Telecaller
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, explaining services/products, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls professionally
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales team when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Hindi and basic English communication preferred
