1. Oversee complete branch operations and daily business activities
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
3. Monitor revenue, expenses, and branch profitability
4. Lead, train, and motivate the entire branch team
5. Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
6. Handle high-value/VIP customers and escalations
7. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities locally
8. Maintain stock control, audits, and inventory accuracy
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, billing procedures, and legal norms
10. Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and strategy implementation
11. Recruit, evaluate, and manage staff performance
12. Ensure safety, security, and store discipline
