They manage schedules, maintain records, handle correspondence, and bridge the gap between staff and management.Key Responsibilities daily Operations: Oversee front-desk activities, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence (calls, mail, emails), and maintain a safe, organized office environment.Scheduling & Travel: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.Inventory & Procurement: Track and replenish office supplies and equipment, ensuring the team always has the tools they need to work.Bookkeeping & Finance: Assist with basic accounting, generate invoices, track budgets, and process expense reports.Documentation: Create and maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and company reports.HR & Onboarding: Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and scheduling candidate interviews
