We are seeking an experienced NOC Senior Engineer to support 24x7 operations, major incident management, cloud infrastructure support, and operational excellence initiatives. This is a senior hands-on role responsible for advanced technical troubleshooting, L3 escalations, proactive monitoring, automation, and ensuring the reliability and availability of critical production systems across cloud, infrastructure, and platform environments.
Lead incident triage, stabilization, recovery efforts, and operational restoration during major outages.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, including Splunk, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Manage AWS operational environments including EC2, VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, EKS, and RDS.
7-10 years of experience in NOC Operations, SRE, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, or Production Support environments.
Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, Routing, Load Balancing, Firewalls, Security Groups, and Connectivity Troubleshooting.
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, or Site24x7.
Working knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Git, Rundeck, and CI/CD concepts.
Understanding IAM, cloud security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security incident response.
