Job Description
Vistara Visa is looking for a confident, motivated and target-oriented Visa Consultant / Visa Counsellor to join our team in Sector 63, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable visa options and converting prospective leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries related to visa and immigration services.
- Understand clients' profiles, requirements, education, work experience and travel plans.
- Explain suitable visa options, eligibility criteria, documentation and process requirements.
- Provide professional counselling and accurate information regarding visa processes.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing team.
- Maintain client records and regularly update lead status.
- Achieve monthly counselling, sales and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build strong, trustworthy and long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes.
- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy, immigration, overseas education or related sales/counselling roles preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales, counselling and communication skills can also apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may be considered.
