Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Sales Executive to handle incoming leads for our real estate and leasing business. The role involves attending calls, responding to inquiries, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into property sales or rentals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage all incoming property inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and social media
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties for sale or rent
- Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and leasing/sales terms clearly
- Follow up regularly with potential clients to maximize conversions
- Coordinate property visits and meetings with clients
- Maintain and update lead databases and client records
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve monthly sales/rental targets and contribute to business growth
- Work closely with the marketing and leasing/sales team
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred
- Comfortable handling multiple client interactions daily
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/CRM systems is an advantage
- Positive attitude, confidence, and professionalism

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary + attractive incentives/commission based on performance
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹29,139.56 per month
