Founder’s Shadow

This is not a regular internship.
This is a front-row seat to building a company.
At Oh!G Snack, we are looking for someone who wants more than a salary — someone who wants to build something big, make serious money, and become a leader of the future.
The Founder’s Shadow will work directly with the founder, shadowing every major decision and learning how a high-growth startup is built from the ground up. From sales to strategy, investors to operations, marketing to financial thinking — you will experience the entire playbook of entrepreneurship.
This role is designed for someone who wants to train themselves to become a CEO one day.
You won’t just observe the founder.
You will think like the founder, act like the founder, and execute like the founder.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will essentially operate as an extension of the founder.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Shadowing the founder in meetings, discussions and strategic decisions
- Managing the founder’s schedule, priorities and daily execution
- Working across sales, marketing, operations, finance and strategy
- Creating presentations, reports and documents for VCs, investors and corporate partners
- Supporting new partnerships, expansion opportunities and business deals
- Assisting in fundraising conversations and investor communication
- Helping build processes and systems as the company scales
- Preparing internal and external business documents
- Solving problems across departments — no task is too big or too small
- Acting as a bridge between the founder and different teams
You will see everything, learn everything, and execute across everything.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
